For washing in IHC, ICC, ELISA and IF. Background :
This product is 20×Phosphate Buffered Saline chromogen (0.2M); it contains NaCl, Na2HPO4 and NaH2PO4. The pH=7.4±0.1 (0.01M), when it is dissolved in purify water (chromogen: purify water =1:19). This product is a germ free and filtered throughout 0.22mm membrane. The dilution buffer is used for immunohistochemisty (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF) and so on. It has not been detected for cell culture. Alternative Name :
There may some crystalline solid in the buffer when it stored at a low temperature. Take it at RT to make sure there is no crystalline solid when use it. Classification :
