This product is 20×Tris Buffered Saline chromogen (0.2M); it contains Tris and NaCl. The pH=7.4±0.1 (0.01M), when it is dissolved in purify water (chromogen: purify water =1:9). This product is a germ free and filtered throughout 0.22mm membrane. The dilution buffer is used for immunohistochemisty (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF), Western Blot and so on.
