Store at RT. For 12 Months. Procedure :
1. Rehydrate tissue if needed; 2. Stain nuclei 3-5 minutes with hematoxylin (the time depended on section thickness); 3. Place in 0.5% HCL buffer for 15s if necessary; 4. Rinse in tap water until stain is blue (about 15min); 5. Other experiments. Research use :
