Used for IHC Color reaction. Background :
This product is prepared for Immunohistochemistry, Immunoblot or Dot Blot. Cytoplasm of positive cells will be rose-red to brownish-red. Rose-red insoluble precipitates in form of bands or dots. Alternative Name :
1.Do not use alcohol-containing solutions for counterstaining, since the AEC stain formed by this method is soluble in organic solvents; 2.The nitrocellulose strip will normally have a slight reddish background; 3.AEC is suspected carcinogens, operation with gloves. Classification :

A: PBS 60ml B: Substrate Reagent 3ml C: AEC Chromogen 3ml Storage & Shelf Life :
Store at 2-8°C for short time; -20℃ for long time.Each component is stable for up to 12 Months. Procedure :
1. In order add: 1ml Deionized Water (Vial A)，50ul Acetate buffer (Vial B)， 50ul AEC Chromogen (Vial C), mixing vial shortly before incubation; 2. Apply 50-100ul AEC Substrate Reagent to each slide, incubate about 5-10 minutes; 3. When sufficient staining has been achieved rinse slides in PBS for 3 minutes for 3 times. Research use :
