Store at 2-8°C for short time; -20℃ for long time.Each component is stable for up to 12 Months. Procedure :
1. In order add: 1ml PBS (Vial A)，50ul Substrate Reagent (Vial B)， 50ul DAB Chromogen (Vial C), mixing vial shortly before incubation; 2. Apply 50-100ul DAB Substrate Reagent to each slide, incubate about 3-5 minutes; 3. When sufficient staining has been achieved rinse slides in PBS for 3 minutes for 3 times. Research use :
